Buenos Aires, AR – Colorado, USA

It is our third time traveling to Colorado, and thought it would be simple, as always. But at immigrations the official that handle our entry made a mistake, that afterwards confused the people at customs…. and thought we were trying to do something odd in USA. They looked at every single bag we had, our money, our pockets and held us for an hour or 2… we missed the connection.
When they released us,  the only flight we find to Denver was with a Dallas stop. So let’s add another plane in the trail.

4 different airports, 3 different states, 2 hours ahead, another hours behind, a few more ahead…. we finally got to Denver without a clue of what time it was… anywhere. Once you step out of the airport you can see the mountains… and whatever, we are finally there :)

Almost one day cruising airports..

Somewhere over Texas.

Processed with VSCOcam with c3 preset

Baggage claim finally at Denver.

Waiting for the car….

….the mid suv was a jeep compass!

We spent the night at Duru’s (Pachal and Marias) place, he cooked a BBQ for us, and we had a great time… we were exhausted too.

Next morning we woke up 6am, have a quick bkfst with the Duru’s and run some errands in the city. The streets are perfect, so we cruise some roads of Cherry Creek. It was cold.

Perfecct timming, we got there 9:30am, and together with a snowfall. We went up the mountain and the snow was a a bit hard and flat view… but it didn’t stop snowing, and by the end of the day we were killing some pow :)

Looking forward for tomorrow.
