After a week of alternating between Keystone and Breckenridge, we decided to go further and visit another resort. We thought on Vail, but instead we decided to drive a little bit more and try Beaver Creek.
It was our first time there and we loved it. BC it’s about 20 minutes from Vail, and an hour from where we were in Dillon. We drove early in the morning and everything was painted white.
When we got there we thought we were entering to a private residential neighborhood… but it was fancy BC!
The free parking lot was pretty far, a 10/15 minute bus ride to the gondola. The town is like any other upscale ski resort town, but it was fancier. The mountain is great, long runs, lots of trees, a great fun snowpark, and as it was a powder day we pretty much spend it in the glades! It was nice meeting you Beaver.
On our way back the signs on the road announced heavy snow… it hadn’t stopped snowing since.
